Our work is prioritised under the following areas:

- Prevention, Education and Awareness work.
We provide a free and confidential support service to women and children subjected to violence and abuse in the home. We offer support to women and children at all stages in abusive relationships – from the early stages to the latter stages of rebuilding your life after an abusive relationship.
We provide accompaniment to other services such as Gardai, Solicitor, Case Conferences, Social Welfare etc
We provide referrals to other organisations
We provide telephone support
We provide monitored phone systems for victims
We run workshops and training courses throughout the year for individuals subjected to abuse and for professionals who come in to contact with victims of domestic abuse. These include Empowerment Workshops, Communication Workshops, Exploring Healthy Relationships, Parenting in the Aftermath of Domestic Violence, Paths To Freedom, Impact of Domestic Violence on Mothering and Exploring estrangement and Loss.
